By booking an appointment you are accepting our cancellation policy.
You will receive a reminder email 7 days prior to your appointment and a text reminder 24 hours before. Please reply to the text reminder with a “Yes” or “No” and if you’d like an in person or online appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you provide a minimum 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the consultation price.
Failure to attend an appointment without providing sufficient notice will incur 100% of the consultation fee. An invoice will be emailed to you with our bank details for this fee and payment is expected within 7 days. No shows and failing to attend an appointment without providing notice will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the consultation fee. We have these policies in place to help keep our small business running. Booking an appointment slot and not contacting Monique to confirm or reschedule, or not attending, means Monique has lost a potential booking with another client and the cancellation fee will be charged.
We understand life can be unexpected however no shows significantly impact our business and all we ask is for a quick text or call to explain what’s happening and to reschedule.
If you are sick or unable to attend due to unforeseeable circumstances, please contact Monique as soon as possible and we can organise a new appointment time or have the appointment online. If Monique is unwell an alternate appointment time will be offered.
